Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused during shipping or fulfillment, Trendluxvero will cover the return shipping costs and provide appropriate assistance.
Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:

Refunds
